What's included and what to expect

Gratuity

We believe gratuity is earned, never assumed.

Gratuity is not automatically included in your invoice. There is an opportunity to add a tip when paying your invoice. We ensure that all of our staff share tips. Please don't give cash to your servers.

Leftover Food Items

It's your food, you paid for it!

We will package any usable leftover food items while we clean up at your event.

We request that our clients provide containers (ziplocks, plastic containers w/ lids, foil pans, etc.) and instructions on where you would like us to store them.

If you would like your guests to enjoy a take-away meal, please provide to-go containers. We will put them on the table after everyone has eaten.

If you request, we will package up the leftovers and donate them to a local food pantry.

Guest Count and Menu Changes

The countdown begins!

Initial invoices are based on your estimated guest count and menu choices. Your final guest count and any menu changes are required in writing (email or text is acceptable) one week before your event. Your invoice will be adjusted for final review and payment.

Buffet Table Set-Up

Ready for go time!

Every event and venue is unique. We prefer to have our serving tables set and ready for food before your guests arrive. If possible, we will send someone to set up the day before or early on the day of your event. Buffet table linens are provided if needed.

Meal Service

Timing is everything

Our goal is to have your meal ready to be served 15 minutes before the agreed-upon serving time (noted on your invoice). If there will be a delay in serving, we will let your event coordinator know as soon as possible.
Keep us up to date with any timeline changes in your event. Delays in excess of 30 minutes may result in additional staff charges.

Dinnerware and Table Linens

We can provide an elegant, high-quality dinnerware set that includes plates, utensils, and napkins for an additional $1.00 per person. If you choose to purchase them separately, please have them ready before your event.

We do not provide linens for guest tables, but we can order them for you. Linenes must be ordered 2 weeks before your event and are charged at cost.
